Auberge de l'échauguette, named after the sentry towers built on Mont-Dauphin remparts, is a hotel and restaurant in an 18th century building at the heart of the Mont-Dauphin fortress.

The hotel offers 13 rooms and has a large garden. The restaurant serves regional cooking, using fresh products.
